Resolved Question: TV converter box hook-up.?

I'm hooking up converter boxes for seniors herein the Lansing Mi. area. I have not been able to make one work on a TV with only a antenna in (coax)connection on the back.I've been able only to hook up ones that have red,white&yellow RCA jacks, or S-video.
