Open Question: PLZ help me? I'm kind of confused.?

Hi there, I'm tracking a package with UPS Next Day Air and its saying that it received an "unload scan" in Louisville, KY at 1am, and then another unload scan in Lansing, MI at 5am. I've never seen an unload scan on ground shipments before so I'm assuming it means its been taken off the aircraft? but I just want that confirmed for me?
