Resolved Question: I know WHEN it's Miller time, I just don't know WHERE...?

Ryan Miller was born in East Lansing, MI in 1980. He grew up and played hockey there until he graduated from Sault Area High School. Drew Miller was born 4 years later in Dover, NJ. I cannot find an in-depth bio on Drew Miller anywhere. I am not sure why he was born in Dover when his brother was born in East Lansing AND grew up there. That would imply that Ryan Miller never moved outside of the Lansing area, let alone Michigan, but that his brother was born elsewhere. I also cannot find where Drew Miller grew up and went to high school. I assume he grew up in Michigan as well before going on to play for Michigan State, but I cannot confirm that theory.
